| they reduce the range of travel for the suspension by a really large amount. I dont see how they can be anything but hard going over crappy roads in order to prevent constantly hitting the stops. I didn't know "swift springs" were even an option for SPL coilovers. If they are cheap enough, I'd try those first and see what happens.
